“Important Statement from the Founder of the Iraqi Youth Model United Nations and Head of the International Human Rights Council Unit in Mosul, Mr. Haitham Shakarchi”
The Iraqi Youth Model United Nations team condemns the irresponsible behavior of the President of the Kurdistan Youth Model United Nations (KYMUN) due to her unprofessional and unethical conduct after forging the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that was signed between the Iraqi Youth Model United Nations and the International Human Rights Council accredited with the UN Ecosoc with Special Status. She falsely claimed that the Kurdistan Youth Model United Nations (KYMUN) had signed an MoU with the UN Human Rights Council using pseudonyms and confidential information stolen from the original MoU. This act constitutes a serious forgery punishable by Iraqi and international law. Consequently, an international lawsuit has been filed against the President of the Kurdistan Youth Model United Nations (KYMUN), and all legal measures will be taken against those involved in this act.
We would also like to clarify that the Iraqi Youth Model United Nations was established in Nineveh Governorate in June 2022, and a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with the International Human Rights Council, which is affiliated with the United Nations (ECOSOC), on October 17, 2022. Therefore, we emphasize that the Iraqi Youth Model United Nations has no other branches in the Kurdistan Region, has not signed any MoUs with the Kurdistan Youth Model United Nations (KYMUN), and is not responsible for any agreements made by the Kurdistan Youth Model United Nations (KYMUN) using a forged model.
We regret having to issue this statement and wish to clarify that our doors are always open to establish genuine partnerships with any entity in accordance with the law and recognized regulations.

“بيان هام صادر من مؤسس نموذج الأمم المتحدة للشباب العراقي ورئيس وحدة المجلس الدولي لحقوق الأنسان في الموصل الأستاذ هيثم الشكرجي”
يدين فريق نموذج الأمم المتحدة للشباب العراقي التصرف الغير مسؤول من قبل رئيسة نموذج شباب كردستان للأمم المتحدة التصرف اللامهني والغير أخلاقي بعد قيام رئيسة النموذج بتزوير مذكرة التفاهم التي تم توقيها بين نموذج الأمم المتحدة للشباب العراقي وبين المجلس الدولي لحقوق الأنسان وادعائها بأن نموذج شباب كردستان للأمم المتحدة قد وقع مذكرة تفاهم ما بينهم وبين مجلس حقوق الأنسان التابع للأمم المتحدة باستخدام أسماء مستعارة ومعلومات سرية تم سرقتها من مذكرة التفاهم الأصلية, وتعتبر هذه العملية عملية تزوير خطيره يحاسب عليها القانون العراقي والقانون الدولي, وعليه فقد تم رفع قضية دولية بحق رئيسة نموذج شباب كردستان للأمم المتحدة وسيتم اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية بحق المتورطين بهذه العملية
وكما نود أن ننوه للجميع بأن نموذج الأمم المتحدة للشباب العراقي تم تأسيسه في محافظة نينوى, حزيران 2022 وتم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع المجلس الدولي لحقوق الأنسان المعتمد بصفة خاصة الأمم المتحدة ( ايكوسوك) في السابع عشر من تشرين الأول 2022
فعليه نود أن ننوه بأننا كنموذج الأمم المتحدة للشباب العراقي لا يوجد لدينا أي فرع آخر في إقليم كردستان وبأننا لم نقم بتوقيع أي مذكرة تفاهم مع نموذج شباب كردستان للأمم المتحدة ونحن غير مسؤولين عن إي أتفاق قد تم بين نموذج كردستان للأمم المتحدة باستخدام النموذج المزور , وعليه وجب التنبيه
.يؤسفنا أن نُدلي بهذا البيان ومنهُ نود أن ننوه بأن ابوابنا مفتوحة دائما لعقد شراكات حقيقية مع أي جهة كانت وحسب القانون والضوابط المتعارف عليها
