data-end=\"2845\">\u2705 Definition of a Confirmed Delegate<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2846\" data-end=\"2896\">A <strong data-start=\"2848\" data-end=\"2870\">confirmed delegate<\/strong> is a participant who has:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2897\" data-end=\"3022\">\n<li data-start=\"2897\" data-end=\"2957\">\n<p data-start=\"2899\" data-end=\"2957\">Completed the official IYMUN registration process, <strong data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"2957\">and<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2958\" data-end=\"3022\">\n<p data-start=\"2960\" data-end=\"3022\"><strong data-start=\"2960\"
